Mrs. Patricia Ann Breitenbach, age 63, of Douglasville, Georgia passed away peacefully on Monday, May 15, 2017 with her family surrounding her.





Patricia was born in Memphis Tennessee on September 6, 1953. Patricia graduated from St. Joseph’s Catholic School in Saginaw, Michigan.



She married William “Bill” Breitenbach on November 14, 1988; they were happily married for 18 years.



Patricia worked in the nursing field the majority of her carrer in Saginaw, Michigan then retired from Saginaw Community Hospital. She worked in retail sales at Saks 5th Avenue for several...

Mrs. Patricia Ann Breitenbach, age 63, of Douglasville, Georgia passed away peacefully on Monday, May 15, 2017 with her family surrounding her.





Patricia was born in Memphis Tennessee on September 6, 1953. Patricia graduated from St. Joseph’s Catholic School in Saginaw, Michigan.



She married William “Bill” Breitenbach on November 14, 1988; they were happily married for 18 years.



Patricia worked in the nursing field the majority of her carrer in Saginaw, Michigan then retired from Saginaw Community Hospital. She worked in retail sales at Saks 5th Avenue for several years in Atlanta, Georgia. Patricia enjoyed traveling with her husband, Bill, and visiting her children and grandchildren. An avid gardener, Patricia enjoyed tending to her flowers and garden.



Preceding her in death are her mother Fannie M. Nelson and her father Marshall Lambert.



Patricia is survived by her husband Bill; her four children, Bruce L. Lambert, Dedrick V. Lambert, Nikki C. Taylor, and William D. Taylor, II; several brothers and sisters, nine grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other family and friends. Most of all, Patricia will deeply miss the faithful bond she shared with her beloved Maltese dog, Leo, who will also miss Patricia. It was the love she had for Leo that kept her in good spirits, as her husband Bill worked keeping Patricia encouraged and positive.



The family of Patricia Breitenbach wishes to thank all of her caregivers, doctors, physicians, friends, and family for the great care that was provided to her over the many years of her illness.



The Breitenbach family wishes to extend a special thanks to the Johnson family, Burns family, McVey family, Mr. Pat Joe, Sumler family, Angie Lynn Carter and Wilbert Nunez family.



A memorial service will be held at the funeral home on Sunday, May 21, 2017 at 1 o’clock pm in the Rosehaven Chapel with Chaplain Sam Braswell officiating.
